DEPOSIT Terms & ConDITIONS

All new clients that have not been referred by a current client and have not met Noya at any prior or current location of her employment are required to pay a $50.00 deposit to schedule any appointment. Your deposit will be deducted from the service you redeem during your appointment or you will be fully refunded if you:

By entering your credit card information during the booking process, YOU AGREE TO A $50.00 CHARGE ON YOUR CARD. If you fail to show up, cancel, or reschedule your appointment within the parameters described above, this deposit will not be refunded or transfered. 

Deposits/cancellation fees are based on a small portion of the cost of the service (ie basic wages, loss of income) as we are unable to fill the cancelled slot in a short period of time. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment start time. If the cancellation is made within 24 hours, the deposit cannot be refunded or transferred. Out of respect for our other scheduled appointments, if you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded or transferred. Consultations are always free. In the event that you choose not to have a service performed during your appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded. This refund can take 5-10 business days to show up in your account.
